We expect that there have been many attempts over the years to find a way to take control of the earth's spin, tilt and orbit.

After looking hard for a long time, I haven't found any public record of past efforts.

If you know of such an effort, or have taken part in such an effort, please help us find the records and place them here for others to find. If there are some paths that we know lead to dead ends, it may save others from taking those paths.

If a dead end could be changed into a good path using different assumptions, perhaps people could build on the start others have made. Maybe some discoveries have been made, or new processes have been invented that would now allow past efforts to become possible.
